Kevin Summers

Kevin Summers is a pastor and community leader in the Morgantown area. He has been the lead pastor of the Harvest Church of God since 2007, where he has overseen all aspects of the church community, including preaching, teaching, directing business and council meetings, overseeing fundraising, and generously caring for all members of the Morgantown community. Before this appointment, Mr. Summers was principal of the Cathedral Christian Center and Cathedral Christian Academy in Pheonix, Arizona. This academy’s enrollment was over 300 students, and he was tasked with overseeing the programming and staff, along with its 2.2-million-dollar budget. Kevin also served as the Administrator of the Parkway Christian Fellowship/ Hug-a-Bug Daycare in Birmingham, AL for over 4 years where he managed 74 full-time students and 25 plus full-time staff. As a Pastor, Community Leader, Principal and Daycare Administrator, Mr. Summers has experience communicating with staff, parents, children, and other community leaders to bring about the implementation of policies, procedures and plans that bring growth.
