WVA Parents and students we realize that this is a crazy time as we ramp up for the opening of our school and the new academic year. Our teachers and staff have been in hours of training so far and we are all working together to get the school cleaned and organized to start the year off right.
We realize there are many questions regarding the first week of school that is quickly approaching. Thank you for being patient, while we are working out all the details for our scholars. We want to answer each and every question. Therefore, we are scheduling an online zoom informational session THIS Thursday at 7:00 pm. We will be sending out the zoom link to your email as well as providing it on our WVA Family Facebook page.
At this informational session, we will be addressing carpool and bus transportation, meal plans and funding, before and after school care, and schedules. We will also be offering time for families to ask questions of the administration.
We truly appreciate all those who have donated supplies and their time in getting our school up and running. We ask for a bit of patience as we navigate these new waters here in West Virginia. We are excited to serve your family and look forward to a wonderful school year.
