Brianna Duda is our incredible 3rd grade teacher at West Virginia Academy. She has 6+ years of experience in elementary education. She received her degree from the California University of PA in early childhood education and in elementary special education, graduating magna cum laude! Brianna is passionate about building students’ confidence to encourage academic success throughout their educational journey. Brianna was awarded the Chestnut Ridge Christian Academy 2020-2021 Teacher of the Year award. She has two children who come to work with her every day.
Brianna provides a positive and fun learning environment while also promoting skills with real life applications. Her Friday activities are creatively thought-out and executed with precision. This year her students have explored the pyramids at Giza to the Roman classic Roman arch. You can ask any of her students to name the bones in the body as well as describe exactly how the lungs work and they can tell you. She currently teaches our 2nd through 4th graders in Reading, Math, and Language. She is a master at getting our students to write complete and logical paragraphs. We love Prof. Duda!
