Frank Oliverio
Board Member
Frank is an attorney specializing in Real Estate Law and has been an active real estate investor for over 15 years. He is the founder and sole owner of Oliverio Law, pllc and serves as a Closing Attorney for various local banks. He is also the Founder, Broker and Sole Owner of Oliverio Realty, llc, specializes in buying and selling residential real estate, and leasing commercial space, throughout North Central West Virginia. Frank is also a founding member and Broker for Red Brick Property Management.
Before deciding to dedicate his career entirely in real estate, he was a Partner in the law firm of Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP, which is among the nation's leading litigators with substantial trial experience in toxic tort and environmental, business, commercial, and financial litigation. Frank also was a Partner for the firm of Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe, pllc where he served as national counsel for a leading global security and aerospace company where he assisted managing the defense of over 50,000 plaintiffs' claims in a multi-state region.
He also worked as a Major Gifts Officer at the WVU Mountaineer Athletic Club where he raised money throughout West Virginia and the East Coast to support the University's athletic teams. During his time with the MAC, he assisted with the organization raising over $60 million and the building of the nation’s state of the art Basketball Practice Facility and Women’s Soccer Training Center.
Frank earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from West Virginia University, as well as studied law at Magdalen College, Oxford University and earning a Law Degree from Creighton University College of Law.
Frank is active in the community as current President of the Morgantown Hockey Association, and member of the Advisory Board for WVU Medicine Children’s Hospital, and Board of Director for West Virginia Academy, the state’s first Charter School. He is also the former Chairman of the Morgantown Area Chamber of Commerce.

Frank is married to Amy Oliverio and they have 4 children, Julia, Josef, Beatrice and Scott.
